Northcoders Group PLC is a people and technology-focused business with diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything that we do.

We train people from all backgrounds to become job-ready for a range of Junior Software Developer roles with average starting salaries of just over £25,000.

Since 2016 we have trained over 1000 people from all walks of life. We have helped 95% of our Northcoders graduates find meaningful new careers as Software Developers. Norhcoders now work at over 250 organisations - mainly in the North.

Building on the success of our coding bootcamp, we launched our sister company Northcoders Tech Ed Limited, which specialises in delivering Level 4 Software Engineering apprenticeship programmes that follow the curriculum of our award-winning bootcamp.

Northcoders also works with over 315 businesses, providing them with a range of solutions. We connect them with our junior software developers at no cost, offer apprenticeship programmes to retrain existing team members and new hires. Our latest business offering, Developer Inccubator is aimed at organisations looking to rapidly grow their teach teams.
